It is still a tad bit too early to ‘stop and smell the roses’ but it is impossible to miss the signs of spring, which abound all around University Place including long stretches of daffodil patches along Cirque Drive. Not only is spring here, but Easter is just around the corner. Notably, just around the northeast corner of 24th & Bridgeport where the neatly groomed Williamsburg blue home bordered with a white picket fence is adorned not just with a front yard tree loaded with pink blossoms, but also decorated with colorful, gargantuan Easter eggs. The whimsical tree evokes smiles from passersby and others (like myself) who are compelled to stop and take some pictures.
