Want a fun, low-cost evening? Try Silent Movie Night at the Steilacoom Historical Museum on Friday, March 12. The show starts at 7 pm and hopefully you won’t have to go into hock to pay to get into the downstairs meeting room: 10-cents per person (and popcorn, water and sodas will be available.
The evenings movie features the 1920 film The Mark of Zorro starring Douglas Fairbanks and Noah Beery. This was the first of three Mark of Zorro films produced. The others were in 1940 starring Tyrone Power and 1974 with Frank Langella. The showing starts at 7 pm in the museum located at 1801 Rainier Avenue, Steilacoom.
