Talking UP goes electronic

February 7, 2010 By Ben Sclair

The City of University Place is presenting its economic development newsletter in a new format. “Talking UP” is one of the primary vehicles the Economic Development Office uses to communicate with the business community in University Place. In past years it has been printed and mailed out quarterly to all businesses in the city. However, this schedule did not allow for timely distribution of information, and was a significant expense for the Economic Development program. In its new format, the Talking UP e-newsletter (see first edition here and sign up here) will be distributed monthly without the cost of printing or postage.

If you are not currently receiving Talking UP electronically, but would like to, please contact Becky Metcalf in the Economic Development Office at (253) 460-5442, to have your name added.
