Scenes from the Steilacoom Apple Squeeze

October 6, 2009 By Ben Sclair

From Dick Muri’s post on the Steilacoom Apple Squeeze Facebook Group:

Great weather, excellent music, lots of interesting vendors, and most of all lots of apple squeezing and apple products. If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, then I am good for about two weeks. Record breaking crowds and lots of fun for everyone. By afternoon they ran out of apples, even though they had ordered two bins more than last year. Usually at the end of the day, the $6.50 per gallon truck load of pasteurized cider is discounted to sell off any remaining jugs of cider. This year they sold out two hours early. It was a great time by all, please post any nice pictures from the event and we will use this Facebook site again for next years apple squeeze.
