Lakewood, WA — Lakewood Playhouse will be holding auditions for TOM SAWYER THE MUSICAL, by Ken Ludwig & Don Schlitz. Auditions will be held at the Lakewood Playhouse on October 4 and 5 with appointments available from 7-10pm. Call the box office for an appointment at (253) 588-0042.
This musical is based off of Mark Twain’s story of Tom, Huck, and Becky and is freshly set to great music conceived and written by Ken Ludwig. We are auditioning roles for eight men and six women with playable ages from late 20s to 60s and roles for eight boys with playable ages 10-16. Sorry, we are no longer auditioning girls.
This show will be directed by Marty Mackenzie. The play runs December 11-20 and January 7-17, 2010 with shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm.
