Obituary Notice

Gwendolyn GreenhouseGwendolyn Ann Greenhouse went home to be with the Lord on July 30, 2009 at the age of 55 years old. She was born on January 19, 1954 to Jimmie & Gertrude Wortham in Carrollton, Georgia. Gwendolyn worked 35+ years for the federal government. She loved the Lord and served her church faithfully until death. Left with precious memories are her husband, Carl Douglas Greenhouse; four brothers, Jimmy, David, Reverend Ricky (Alvenia), Nathanial (Beverly); sister-n-law Corliss (Henry) Mincey; brother-n-law Gregory (Surphyre) Greenhouse; three children, Hester Paige, Demetrius (Elizabeth) Greenhouse and Samantha (Brent) Jones; seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Gertrude Wortham. Services will be held Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 11am at the Greater Christ Temple Church, 1926 South G Street, Tacoma, Washington, 98405. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, Washington, 98499. Please sign online guestbook at www.mountainviewtacoma.com.
