Summer Nights at Lakewold Gardens

August 4, 2009 By Ben Sclair

To take advantage of our long summer evenings, Lakewold Gardens will remain open until 8:00 p.m. every Wednesday in August. Guests can enjoy a relaxing stroll through the garden areas after a day at work, an evening picnic with the entire family, or late night shopping at our Garden Shop. A summer evening at Lakewold is unlike any other with the setting sun and cool, fresh breezes off Gravelly Lake.

This week’s featured sponsor for Wednesday, August 5th is:
Team Green

Lakewold Gardens is a ten acre, non-profit public garden located on Gravelly Lake at 12317 Gravelly Lake Drive SW, Lakewood, WA 98499. General admission: adults $7, seniors/students/military $5, members and children 12 and under are free. We are open year-round for self-guided tours. For more information, please call 253.584.4106 or visit www.lakewoldgardens.org.
