LAKEWOOD, WA – As summer steadily approaches and we begin to venture outdoors, consider spending your Wednesday evenings at Lakewold Gardens. A popular destination for those seeking a respite from the daily bustle, Lakewold has become a haven for visitors from all areas, with all interests. To accommodate the variety of visitors we have, and attract new ones, we are pleased to announce the return of our Summer Nights program.
During Lakewold’s Summer Nights the gardens and Garden Shop will remain open until 8:00 p.m. every Wednesday during July and August. Guests can enjoy a relaxing stroll through the garden areas after a long day at work, an evening picnic with the entire family, or late night shopping at our Garden Shop. A summer evening at Lakewold is unlike any other with the setting sun and cool, fresh breezes off Gravelly Lake.
Lakewold’s Summer Nights program is made possible with support from HomeStreet Bank, Heiser Consulting, Inc., Team Green Lawn & Landscape, St. Clare Hospital, Gayle Orth Catering, and Waddell & Reed. For more information about this program please contact Amanda Wood at 253.584.4106, x108.
