dietz-williamWilliam T. (Bill) Dietz, 94, of Puyallup, WA passed away peacefully on Friday, June 5, 2009. He is survived by daughter Linda M. (George) Dayag of Kaneohe, Hawaii, sons W. Thomas Dietz of Tukwila, WA and Michael J. (Shawn) Dietz of Puyallup, WA, grandsons Albert K. (Sharene) Dayag of Ewa, Hawaii, Cameron M. Dietz of Puyallup, WA, and William F. (Chelsea) Dayag of Honolulu, Hawaii, and great-grandsons Albert K. and Tanner R. Dayag of Ewa, Hawaii. A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, June 12, 2009 at Holy Disciples Catholic Church, 10425 187th St. E., Puyallup, WA. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home. 584-0252. young-nellieNellie Jean Young Born Jan. 15, 1938, in Doyline, Louisiana and called home peacefully on Jun. 4, 2009. She loved family gatherings, church activities and she touched the lives of everyone she encountered. She will forever be remembered for her welcoming nature and famous German Chocolate Cake. She worked 28 years with Safeway as a Checker/District Checker Coach and retired in 2001. She is survived by her husband, Thomas, children: Tony, Joyce (Michael), Renita, Yolanda (Vernon), and grandchildren: I’Asia, Jontae, and Ari. The viewing will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2-9pm at Mountain View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd, Lakewood, WA. The Home Going Celebration will be held Thursday, June 11, 10am at Allen A.M.E. Church, 1223 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Tacoma, WA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Franciscan Hospice House in University Place.
