University Place Special Council Meeting Agenda

The University Place City Council will meet (Monday, June 8 at 7 pm) in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 3715 Bridgeport Way West. Following is the agenda:

6:00 pm 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION – (At this time of the Agenda, the City Council will recess to Executive

Session for approximately thirty minutes, per RCW 42.30.110, to discuss Potential Litigation.)

Motion: Approve or Amend the Consent Agenda as Proposed

CONSENT AGENDA AND APPROVAL OF BILLS/PAYROLL

The Consent Agenda consists of items considered routine, for which a staff recommendation has been prepared and for which Council discussion is not required. A Councilmember may request that an item be removed from the Consent Agenda so that the Council may consider the item separately. Items on the Consent Agenda are voted upon as one block and approved with one vote.

1. Approve Applications for Renewal of Liquor License for The Keg, Wine Bank, and Sami’s Shell
2. Award 40th Street Pedestrian Bicycle Safety Project Contract
3. Pass an Ordinance Relating to Animal Control, Amending UPMC Title 8.05
4. Amend Exeltech Consulting’s Professional Services Agreement for the 40th Streetscape Improvement Project
5. Authorize the City Manager to Enter into a Contract with Perteet, Inc. for Construction Management for Bridgeport
