Complications with Click! Network’s cable receivers means that many customers who subscribe to Click! Cable TV may not have television programming this evening and tomorrow.
Click! technicians and engineers will work around the clock to restore cable service to customers. Customers can check the Click! Cable TV Web site, www.clickcabletv.com, to find out if they can connect to Click! Cable TV without using their cable receivers so they can view some television channels.
“We sincerely appreciate the patience that our customers have shown and ask for continued patience,” said Click! Manager Cyndi Wikstrom. “This is a serious issue and is an inconvenience for our customers and are doing everything we can to restore cable service as soon as possible.”
Click! does not anticipate that the digital video recorders will record pre-programmed shows during the outage.
