Quinn Zander-Conn has been named Senior Vice-President/ Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Lakewood‚Äôs Northwest Commercial Bank, according to an announcement from CEO & President Kurt Graff. He replaces George McNelly, who retired.
Zander-Conn is a graduate of Western Washington University in Bellingham with a degree in business administration and an emphasis in finance. He also attended Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and St Martin‚Äôs University for related accounting courses.
Before joining Northwest Commercial Bank in 2006 as assistant to McNelly, Zander-Conn spent three years at Columbia Bank.
He is a native of Puyallup and graduated from Rogers High School before attending Western Washington University.
McNelly spent 30 years in the banking industry. Before joining Northwest Commercial Bank, McNelly was with Hometown National Bank in Longview, Wash. He joined that institution during its startup phase and remained there for three years. Prior to that he spent 20 years at Harbor Community Bank in Raymond, Wash.
