On Wednesday October 29, 2008 the Lakewood Branch at the Gary and Carol Milgard Family HOPE Center will be hosting an entertaining spin on fashion shows. It is tradition for the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound to engage in a fun and creative Trashion Show extravaganza. This event gives kids the opportunity to let their imaginations run wild as they conjure up outfits made up of 100% recycled goods!
The Trashion Show will involve Club members from the Port Orchard and Lakewood Branches as well as a handful of students from Lakeview Elementary. Everyone will have their fare share of time on the runway, and a panel of judges will be standing by to determine the most creative and stunning outfits. Once the show has commenced a winner will be picked and recognized with a trophy and many congratulations!
