Mommy and Me makes a difference

Caring for Kids wants to thank Christine, the owner Mommy and Me, for her generous donation of baby clothes. With her help we have been able to prepare and pack 401 bags of baby clothes for community agencies since last March.

The special needs students at Clover Park High School pack six outfits per bag and mark it with the correct size. The bags are picked up and distributed to WIC (Women, Infants and Children), Central Latino, Family Support Center (MDC), Crisis Pregnancy Center, LASA and the Caring for Kids Clothing Bank. Everyone wins – the kids, the families and the community!

Christine has now offered to collect winter coats for Caring for Kids. If you bring a washable winter coat and drop it at Mommy and Me, 8825 Bridgeport Way S.W., Christine has offered a 15% discount off of your purchase. Thanks Christine for supporting our community! You really make a difference!
