Been following your coverage of the proposed Casino Ban in Lakewood. We live in Tacoma, but we’re very intereseted in what’s happening out your way. Just haven’t heard anything on the issue. The Tribune ran a story on David Anderson, but there just doesn’t seem to be any activity.
Last week, you had a poll on the issue, and it’s now no longer on your site. (The survey was temporarily halted for site maintenance – Editor). What’s going on?
We are against gambling, but we want to see some iedeas on all gambling–especially the state run stuff, like Lotto. An acquaintance of mine spends 100 bucks a week on Lotto and scratch games–how can that be OK? And what about the Indians? There ought to be a way to shut down all of the gambling that’s going on. What do you think? Keep up the good works.
