(From the City of DuPont website): Paul Franks Architecture for DuPont Station Partners II, LLC, filed a complete Type III land use application with the City of DuPont June 29, 2007, to construct five buildings for: 11,644 square feet of retail; 179 multifamily units; 308 parking stalls composed of 137 surface parking stalls, 48 carport parking stalls, and 123 basement parking stalls; site drainage; infrastructure, and landscaping.
The 4.37 acre site is bounded on the north by McNeil Street; the east by Palisade Boulevard; the south by Wilmington Drive, and the west by Ross Avenue and Ross Loop. The site includes Tract B of DuPont Station Division 2, Lot 13 of DuPont Station Division 2, and Lot B of DuPont Boundary Line Adjustment 05-03. The site is located within the DuPont Station planning area, DuPont, Washington, Section 35, Township 19 North, Range 1 East, W.M., parcel numbers 300089-0150, 300089-0130, and 300081-0020.
A Type III land use decision, Type I environmental decision, Type I commercial design decision, Type I multifamily design decision and Type I lot line elimination decision must be obtained from the City of DuPont. The public may comment on this notice of Type III land use application by submitting written comments to the City of DuPont no later than 5 p.m., July 16, 2007.
