Matthew Guy Gosenberg
Matthew Guy Gosenberg was born June 15, 1983 and departed this life on March 25, 2007. He was 23 years of age. Matthew attended Tacoma Public Schools and Bates Vocational Technical College. As a child, he played hockey for the Tacoma Junior Rockets and little league baseball. As a young adult, he enjoyed playing basketball and hanging out with his friends. He was the father of twin boys. Matt had a real passion for living and a smile that could light up a room. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church. Matthew had a good heart and would do anything for a friend. He is survived by his children, Amari & Jamari Gosenberg; his parents, Angela and Bryan Gosenberg; his siblings, Brian, Justin, Lacey, Danielle and Nathan; grandparents, Iva Gosenberg and Herbert and Carolyn Jones; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.
Viewing will be held Friday, March 30th in the Mt. View Celebration of Life Bldg from 1p to 8:30p. Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 31st at 11am at Eastside Baptist Church, 3575 Portland Ave, Tacoma, WA. Burial will be at Mt. View Memorial Park in Tacoma, WA.

Beverly Ann Kenyon
Born 11/17/1943 in Tacoma, WA and passed away 3/19/2007 in University Place, WA.
Beverly is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, James; son, James Jr.; 3 daughters, Shelli Kenyon, Tricia Kenyon, Susan Kenyon; 4 brothers, Jim, Danny, Larry, Ronnie; 2 sisters, Joyce and Cathy; 7 grandchildren; special friend Fran; and numerous extended family and friends.

Brenda Joyce Munro
Born 7/18/1947 in Griffin, GA and went home to be with the Lord 3/28/2007 at her home with her loving family.
Brenda is survived by her loving husband of 27 years James; 2 daughters, Penelope Perez, Samantha Holder; son, Shawn Holder; step-daughter, Julie Hendrix; step-son, James Munro Jr.; 5 grandchildren; 4 brothers; and 1 sister.

James H. Olson
4-10-1923 to 3-16-2007
“Jim” was born April 10, 1923 to Leonard and Heldie Olson in Cashton, WI. He passed away March 16, 2007 in University Place, WA. He grew up in Spring Valley, MN, moving to Des Moines, WA in 1941 and graduated from Highline High School. Jim was an honored veteran. He served in the US Army and was a member of the 962nd Engineering Company during World War II.
Jim served in Normandy, N. France, Ardennes, Rhineland, and Central Europe and was a survivor of the Battle of the Bulge. He received the “Medal of the Jubilee of Liberty” issued from the French Government to commemorate the invasion of Normandy by the allied forces. After the war, he worked for Pacific Northwest Bell in Tacoma and Seattle, WA. He retired and spent his remaining years hunting and fishing around the U.S., Canada and Alaska.
He was a member of a Duck club, and a Trap club and won many awards for trap shooting. Until days before his death he was still telling hunting and fishing stories in great detail!
Jim was preceded in death by his brother Myron “Myo” Olson, and is survived by his brother, Donald Olson (Marilyn), 5 nieces and nephews, Diane Audorff (Tim), David Olson, Michael Olson (Pam), Martha Bertucci (Ross), Patty Coles (Randy), and special cousins Julie Schile (Gregg), Kathy Monroe and 12 Great Nieces and Nephews, plus many relatives in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida. Internment will be at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent WA with a memorial service Friday, April 6, 2007 at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, please honor Jim’s memory with a donation to your favorite charity.
