A Haunted House Tour will kick off Pierce County Parks and Recreation Department’s popular Teen Trips program for the fall and winter seasons. Three other one-day adventures are planned before year’s end.
The Haunted House Tour will be held from 6 p.m. to 12 midnight Saturday, Oct. 28. Offered in cooperation with the Lacey Parks and Recreation Department, the tour will cover some of the most frightful haunts in the South Sound area. The tour starts and ends at the Lakewood Community Center. The fee is $25 and participants should bring an additional $12 for admissions.
The trips are for young people from 12 to 16 years of age. The groups will travel by vans driven by Parks and Recreation employees. Other trips are Danger Zone Paintball Challenge, Nov. 10; Snowtubing at Snowqualmie Pass, Dec. 27; and Snowboarding/Skiing at Snoqualmie Pass, Dec. 29
