At its October meeting, the Pierce County Library System’s Board of Trustees will discuss maintaining current library services and adding new services with the recently voter-approved re-authorized levy, 2007 budget, plans to give customers free access to books and other materials at Pierce County Libraries and Puyallup Public Library, and other issues.
The Board of Trustees will meet at the Pierce County Library System’s Processing and Administration Center, 3005 112th St. E., in Tacoma on Wednesday, Oct. 18, 3:30 & 6 p.m.
Three of the primary issues the board will address include:
- Maintaining current and adding new library services with re-authorized levy
- 2007 budget
- Borrowing books and materials from Puyallup Public and Pierce County Libraries
