Clover Park Technical College (CPTC) Board of Trustees is proud to welcome to campus the top two finalists for president Tuesday, June 27, 2006 and Thursday, June 29, 2006 for a series of special public forums.
Both candidates will visit the Lakewood campus located at 4500 Steilacoom Blvd SW between 11 a.m.-12 noon in Building 15 – Boardroom to personally meet and speak with staff, faculty, students, college officials and community leaders.
Dr. Dixie Simmons will answer questions and interact with college personnel and community leaders Tuesday, June 27, 2006 from 11 a.m.-12 noon in Building 15 – Boardroom. Dr. Simmons currently serves as the Vice President for Learning at the Institute for Extended Learning in Spokane, Washington.
Dr. John Walstrum will take questions from the public and greet faculty, staff, college and community officials Thursday, June 29, 2006 from 11 a.m.-12 noon in Building 15 – Boardroom. Dr. Walstrum currently serves as the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs at Central New Mexico Community College.
