I’d like to publicly thank the Lakewood City government, employees and elected officials, for the opportunity to participate in Lakewood University. Unfortunately, I had to miss the last hour and thus did not receive my diploma; but the experience was certainly worth the effort of attending. What a refreshing exercise in public responsibility!
I’m proud to live in a city that is so concerned about informing its citizens of how things work. I do wish more people had taken the opportunity to listen.
