Author, poet and motivational speaker, Gloria Burgess, Ph.D., will be the featured guest at Clover Park School District’s (CPSD) June Community Caf?©, Tuesday, June 13.
Burgess will discuss Legacy Living: The Six Covenants for Personal and Professional Excellence, her most recent book.
She has published three books of poetry and has written an inspirational picture book for children of all ages about her father’s life-changing relationship with writer William Faulkner.
Burgess speaks and leads workshops worldwide. Working with people of all cultures, ages and life circumstances, she has traveled extensively to provide consultation for organizations and individuals around the globe.
The caf?© is open to the public and set for 6 p.m. in the CPSD Student Services Center, room 4, 10903 Gravelly Lake Drive SW in Lakewood. Pizza and beverages will be provided.
